speaking for myself, i find all these "energy" things you mentioned strange too because there is no evidence of it's existance, the only evidence i can get is by experiencing it. But if you think about it,yoga was made with no streching exercises in the beginning. these kind of stuff were introduced later and the idea of yoga being only a gymnastic was promoted by the western society. In a nutshell: yoga is something much different than what you see in the television.

you didn't need to respond sarcastically to my sarcasm, i already specified that i didn't mean ALL parts of yoga and sorry if i wasn't specific enough

Nice idea, i will definitely try hit my head with banannas. I will confirm when done! No, actualy despite the fact my mother is a Yoga teacher and she knows how to relax someone, i tell you that yoga is not only a way to relax. yoga is much more. relaxing is only one of it's benefits
yamimakaiz
ohh and i don't mean ALL the yoga exercises by the way. the flexing and stretching and stuff is okay and serves the purpose that is meant to serve. but all that 'energy' nonsense.. i mean COME ON
yamimakaiz
how can you know that singing lullaby in your underwear in the middle of street while beating yourself in the head with bananas won't make money fall from the sky if you never tried it? it just won't happen, in the same way that sitting or inhaling oxygen in a particular way will not change anything except make you relax while doing the 'exercise'. you might as well go sleeping and get much more beneficial rest that way. there isn't much place for flaws here imo

A good fuck in the morning is better than any yoga ;)

He's probably referring to her claims about the different types of energy that are "carried with [us] throughout the day", depending on when you wake up. Now that IS bullshit.
I've tried yoga once. It was okay, I can see it being useful for flexibility/coordination. Lots of top NBA stars are into it. Kobe!! =] |
