@frankvaccaro i did pretty good today. also helped that doc gave me some anxiety meds. they have actual OCD meds if i truely need them, but they wont give them to me till i see the psychiatrist next week.

@MegadethSpiT i'm getting over the conscious breathing thing for the most part, but the second i think about it, i have to manually start breathing again, sucks. happens when i go to bed usually.

@NonEvernoThing Uh, close, The air we breathe only has about 18% oxygen, the rest is Nitrogen and CO2. SO any breathing technique could in no way deliver 'too much' oxygen.

thank you, my health has been much better since finding out about abdominal breathing. One thing I am unsure of - should the exhaling breath be longer (as demonstrated in the video a twice as long as) the inhalation breath, or should they equal? Or is it better if you breath out for as long as you can as this is a sign of relaxation? |
