Yoga teachers get together to practice variations on scorpion and other backbends. Jordan and Clayton practice some acroyoga flying including experimenting with a flying bridge pose. Hannah and Tricia work on their inversions. Hannah and Jordan hold each other up in a flying scorpion variation. Hannah works her balance upside down in scorpion on her forearms. Jordan dips her seat toward the ground in wheel to work on opening the chest. Other poses include handstand split, pressing up from headstand to forearm stand, dancer pose with a strap, transitioning from wheel pose to camel pose, low lunges with deep backbends, reverse candlestick, flying bridge, back leaf, back flying, split with backbend variation, standing backbend in preparation for dropping back, bird, flying bow
