If I could get the left leg in that pose I would be happy. The right leg was no problem but when I attempted with the left leg it was intense pain. I have no problem walking except the first 50 feet but driving especially working a clutch is unbearable

Thank you! This stretch is intense but I think it will do me a lot of good. I will work it into my yoga routine.

I've been having severe sciatic issues since New Year's Eve...to the point of not being able to walk! I've gone for acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractics...I even went to the ER and got a scrip for vicaden & valium. I still have it!!!
But I think my chiropractic visits are slowly starting to help.
I try to stay active...and stay of of a "prone" position. Too much bed rest is NOT our friend, for sure!
Take care....wishing you a speedy recovery!!!

Thanks

Find one that's interested in ALL around health, and you can probably trust him, Ask questions and be informed about subluxations and how the nervous system works. Then you can find the root problem of your pain, and get rid of it from the source

Man, you really have to know your chiropractor, some are just out there to make money off of your, others are there to heal you, you gotta find a naturalist chiropractor, or else you could be making it worse. Only trust a chiropractor that will give ALL background info on what he/she is doing, how it will help, and how long it will take, if your chiropractor doesn't tell you all this, he's probably scamming you..

I am suffering from severe sciatica and chiropractors have only made it worse. The best thing you can do is search for labackandbody on youtube. That guy has helped me a lot.

My chiropractor had this kind of pain down all of both of his legs, he was a volleyball player in college, and he had to stop because of this, but he went to a chiropractor, and bango! Within a few months, almost no pain, more movement, and within a 2 year period, he was completely fine. It's all caused by subluxations in the spine most of the time. |
