@devzxl ...................then I start doing naadhi shodhan paranayam (Breath in from right nostrol keep in longs for some time and release fromleft nostrol then breath in from left side keep in longs and release from right nostrol )for another 3 to 4 months. Then I start doing alom vilom. If you can put oil drops in your nose while sleep it will help a lot. I think it will also help you. Thanks

@sam101103 Hi there , I use to have left nostrel blocked and I could not do paranayam. First i have been doing surya bedhi paranayam( breathing form right nostrol and keep in your longs for about 15 to 20 sec then slowly release from left nostrol) for about three to four months ............
